What Is Phase-Change Material?
Phase-change materials (PCMs) are substances that absorb and release large amounts of thermal energy during phase transitions — typically from solid to liquid and back. This property makes them ideal for temperature regulation applications.
SaunaSac's PCM core is specifically engineered to absorb excess heat at a controlled rate, maintaining a stable, comfortable temperature that reduces heat exposure during sauna sessions. Unlike ice packs that can be uncomfortably cold and melt quickly, PCM provides consistent, gentle cooling for extended periods.
